4. Paid Services

images.cv offers both free and paid Services. Paid Services include:

• Purchasing image credits for dataset downloads and generation.
• Subscription-based services for premium features.
• One-time payments for specific datasets or API access.

By purchasing any paid Service, you agree to the following:

• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

images.cv reserves the right to modify fees and pricing at any time with prior notice.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on images.cv, including but not limited to datasets, labels, and platform features, is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant images.cv a license to display and distribute it within the platform.
• Images.cv reserves the right to remove content that violates policies or infringes on third-party rights.
• Unauthorized use of datasets, labels, or platform content outside of the granted license is prohibited.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to images.cv without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
