Labeled surgical tools and images

This dataset was built and labeled for my master thesis ( https://eg.uc.pt/bitstream/10316/86257/1/Tese-Diana_VersaoFinal.pdf ) which intended to sort surgical tools from a cluttered tray, focusing specifically on object detection and occlusion reasoning. It was used YOLOv2 and YOLOv3 neural networks achieving 92% of mean Average Precision.
